Timely Claims
If you encounter any issues with misprinted, damaged, or defective items, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Returns and Address
The return address is automatically set to our production partner's facility at Printful. If a return goes unclaimed for more than 30 days, the item will be donated to charity. If you choose to use a different return address, please note that you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for returned items.
Wrong Address
If the address provided during checkout is incorrect or incomplete, you will be responsible for any reshipment costs associated with correcting the address.
Unclaimed Shipments
Unclaimed shipments that are returned to us will require payment of additional shipping costs to be resent.
Buyer's Remorse
Because each product is custom-made just for you, we are unable to offer refunds for buyer's remorse. Size exchanges or returns are at your discretion and expense, so please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
